TBT AGRO was entering a fragmented agricultural commerce market with no brand equity and a dual audience problem — they needed to win both buyers and merchants simultaneously, with a small budget and no legacy data to work from.

The Approach

Used AI to compress the research-to-copy cycle: competitor audits that used to take two weeks were done in hours using Perplexity + Claude. Built the full website messaging and UX copy using AI drafts refined with market insight. Ran multi-channel acquisition across Meta and Google using AI-generated ad creative variants, and built Mailchimp lifecycle sequences (welcome, cart recovery, re-engagement) using AI-optimised messaging for each cohort.
