Project Story
Koppoh had a strong product but zero market presence — no positioning, no funnel, no brand voice. They needed to move fast with a lean team and no room for the traditional 3-month agency runway.
The Approach
I built the entire GTM infrastructure using an AI-first workflow: used Claude for rapid ICP profiling and positioning frameworks, then layered in HubSpot automation and WhatsApp sequences to create a self-running conversion engine. Used AI to generate and A/B test landing page variants, email nurture flows, and onboarding copy at a pace no traditional team could match. Partnered with product to instrument analytics for cohort retention and LTV — turning raw data into growth levers.

Results
3,000 qualified leads and 60x ROAS on paid channels — all with less than $500K in ad spend. 500K+ audience impressions through AI-assisted brand stories and podcast content. Built and trained the sales team with an AI-generated internal playbook.
